Registration for Insight Out Scholarships still opened till 15 January 2010

The application deadline for schoalrships, due to organisational matters, was extended to 15 January 2010. People are still invited to submit applications if they did have not done so yet.

The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) is sponsoring a limited number of scholarships for film/TV professionals from the Southern Mediterranean. The scholarships encompass all seminar costs, accommodation during the workshop and a travel allowance of € 200.

You must meet the following criteria to be eligible to apply:

• You are a film or broadcasting professional from Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, the Palestinian Authority, Syria, Tunisia or Turkey. (If you are resident in Europe, please refer to section EU scholarships.)
• You are fluent in English, the course language of INSIGHT OUT.
• You have not received a scholarship for a previous INSIGHT OUT symposium.
• You are a member of the target group.
